Nakamura Stainless, located in Pulau Ujong, Singapore, is a well-established supplier and producer of high-quality stainless steel tubing, catering to numerous industries in Southeast Asia and the rest of the world. With commitment to precision engineering and global standards of quality, Nakamura Stainless supplies tubing solutions that are renowned for their strength, corrosion resistance, and superior performance. The business deals in industries like oil and gas, construction, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and marine, supplying products with demanding application specifications. Due to their focus on reliability, timely delivery, and technical excellence, they are an industry favorite for industrial piping solutions.
Stainless steel tubing generally consists of iron, 16–26% chromium, and trace amounts of nickel, molybdenum, and carbon, varying according to grade. Common grades such as 304 and 316 are highly corrosion-resistant, with 316 having extra resistance in chloride media owing to the presence of molybdenum. Mechanically, stainless steel tube has high tensile strength between 500 and 750 MPa and good elongation and impact resistance. The tube has structural capability at high pressure and temperature, hence widely applicable for structural purposes as well as fluid transport in harsh conditions.
