Among their range, the 304 Stainless Steel Strips stand out as the most sought-after option, celebrated for their remarkable corrosion resistance, durability, and versatility. These strips find their way into various industries that prioritize hygiene, strength, and longevity, such as food processing, construction, marine, and chemical sectors. With a commitment to precision and rigorous quality control, Nakamura Stainless guarantees that its 304 strips adhere to international standards, providing dependable solutions for customers who value performance, cost-effectiveness, and consistent material properties across different applications.
The composition of 304 Stainless Steel Strips includes 18–20% chromium and 8–10.5% nickel, along with iron, manganese, and trace amounts of carbon and silicon. This blend ensures robust resistance to oxidation and corrosion. With a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, yield strength close to 205 MPa, elongation reaching up to 40%, and a hardness rating of 201 HB, these strips offer a perfect mix of strength, excellent formability, and ductility. Their austenitic structure not only provides good weldability but also maintains toughness, even in cryogenic conditions, making 304 strips one of the most widely utilized stainless steel materials globally.

Nakamura Stainless provides only high-quality materials, and emphasis lies on rigorous testing procedures. Every product is tested stringently from point of hardness testing, chemical analysis, spectro analysis, PMI, tensile testing, micro and macro structural tests, pitting resistance, and IGC testing. We make sure that our material performs better with these comprehensive checks. In addition to our promise for quality, we also ensure that all orders are supplied with commercial invoices, packaging lists with net and gross weights and box numbers and labels along with a Certificate of Origin legalized or attested by the Chamber of Commerce or Embassy. Third Party Inspection certificate ensures full customers satisfaction in our stainless steel strips for price and delivery.
Choose stainless steel strips based on the required strength, corrosion resistance, and specific application needs. Consider factors like grade, thickness, and finish for optimal performance.
The pressure rating of stainless steel strips depends on their thickness, grade, and application. Typically, they are not rated for pressure but used for structural, decorative, and industrial purposes.
