Nakamura Stainless, with headquarters in Pulau Ujong, Singapore, is a reliable producer and supplier of quality stainless steel forged fittings. Praised for precision quality and adherence to international standards, the company provides strong and corrosion-resistance solutions for critical piping systems. These forgings fittings are best suited for high-temperature and high-pressure usage in industries like petrochemical, oil and gas, marine, and power generation. Quality and performance-driven with strict adherence to timely delivery, Nakamura Stainless offers dependable forged fitting solutions that reflect the uncompromising needs of industrial processes and guarantee long-term operational efficiency.
Stainless steel forged fittings are produced from solid blocks of alloy steel with iron, chromium (at least 10.5%), and sometimes nickel and molybdenum for added corrosion resistance. 304 and 316 grades are common, and 316 is used in very corrosive or chloride-containing environments. These fittings possess great mechanical properties such as tensile strength of between 515 and 860 MPa, high yield strength, and good fatigue resistance. Their forged nature gives them better grain flow, higher strength, and mechanical stress resistance. These make them ideal for high-pressure and aggressive media exposure critical connections in piping systems.

We ensures that all stainless steel forged fittings undergo rigorous testing to ensure quality, strength and durability. Each product is thoroughly inspected using advanced techniques such as dimensional testing, pressure testing and material analysis. The company offers a full range of certifications, including ASTM, ISO, and other industry standards, assuring reliable and compliant fittings.
Corrosion-resistant and durable, these fittings are ideal for high-pressure applications. They are typically available in sizes ranging from 1/8 inch to 4 inches, with dimensions conforming to ANSI B16.11 standards, ensuring a secure and leak-proof connection.
These fittings offer excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for moderate to high-pressure applications. Sizes range from 1/8 inch to 6 inches. They conform to ASTM A105 or A182 standards, providing reliable connections with threaded ends for easy installation.
Designed for high-pressure systems, these elbows provide corrosion resistance and are available from 1/2 inch to 4 inches. They are made to ANSI B16.11 specifications, facilitating smooth directional changes in piping systems with minimal pressure loss.
Corrosion-resistant and versatile, threaded tees come from 1/8 inch to 6 inches. They adhere to ASTM standards, enabling the branching of pipes at a 90-degree angle while ensuring a secure and leak-free connection for various piping systems.
Half couplings are available in sizes from 1/8 inch to 6 inches, offering corrosion resistance and strength. They conform to ASTM A105 or A182 standards and are used to connect pipes or tubes, providing a reliable interface in threaded applications.
These fittings, resistant to corrosion and high-pressure environments, are available in sizes from 1/2 inch to 4 inches. They meet ANSI B16.11 standards and provide four-way connections, enabling the branching of pipes in multiple directions within a system.
Stainless steel forged fittings are employed across a broad range of industries to provide leak-proof, high-strength piping system connections. They are typically used in refineries of oil and gas, petrochemical plants, power generation plants, and marine environments where there is high temperature and pressure. They join pipes, valves, and other apparatus with durability and resistance against corrosion, erosion, and mechanical stress. Their product design secures a lightweight, high-strength structure, rendering them suitable for demanding applications that call for long service life and low maintenance in severe and demanding operational environments.
