Nakamura Stainless, based in Pulau Ujong, Singapore, is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of high-quality stainless steel products, including stainless steel 321 and 321H forged fittings. These fittings are designed for high-temperature applications and provide excellent resistance to oxidation and intergranular corrosion. Stabilized with titanium, stainless steel 321 and its high-carbon variant 321H prevent carbide precipitation during welding and long heat exposure. Nakamura Stainless focuses on precision forging and strict quality control, ensuring durable and dependable fittings for demanding industries such as petrochemical, power generation, aerospace, and chemical processing.
Stainless steel 321/321H forged fittings come from an austenitic stainless steel alloy containing 17 to 19% chromium, 9 to 13% nickel, and titanium for stabilization. The 321H grade features a higher carbon content, which improves high-temperature strength and creep resistance. These fittings offer tensile strength between 520 and 750 megapascals and maintain their properties at temperatures up to 900°C. Titanium stabilization prevents intergranular corrosion, which ensures durability and performance in welded or high-heat environments.
