Nakamura Stainless, located in Pulau Ujong, Singapore, manufactures and supplies high-quality stainless steel products, including stainless steel 310H forged fittings. These fittings are designed for high-temperature and high-pressure environments. They offer excellent resistance to oxidation, scaling, and thermal fatigue. Stainless steel 310H is a high-carbon version of 310 that provides better strength and creep resistance at elevated temperatures. With precise manufacturing and strict quality control, Nakamura Stainless produces 310H forged fittings that are suitable for critical applications in power plants, petrochemical facilities, and thermal processing systems.
Stainless steel 310H forged fittings consist of 24–26% chromium, 19–22% nickel, and more carbon than standard 310 to improve high-temperature strength. These fittings usually provide tensile strength between 520 and 750 megapascals and maintain their mechanical properties at service temperatures up to 1100°C. The high chromium and nickel content ensures strong resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation, while the increased carbon content enhances creep strength during prolonged heat exposure.

We ensures the highest standards for its stainless steel 310H lattice fittings through stringent testing and certification programs. Extensive testing of each component is carried out, including dimensional testing, mechanical testing and corrosion resistance evaluation. Certifications such as Mill Test Reports (MTR) and ISO compliance ensure the reliability and performance of each fitting.
Corrosion-resistant and designed for high-temperature applications, these fittings are ideal for joining pipes. Sizes typically range from 1/4 inch to 4 inches. Dimensions vary based on pipe size, with standard schedules available.
Offering excellent corrosion resistance, these fittings are used where welding is impractical. Common sizes range from 1/8 inch to 2 inches. They are available in various threads per inch, adhering to ANSI standards.
This elbow provides high resistance to oxidation and corrosion at elevated temperatures. Available in sizes from 1/2 inch to 4 inches, it helps in redirecting flow at a 45-degree angle. Dimensions conform to ANSI/ASME standards.
Corrosion-resistant and durable, the threaded tee connects three pipes. Sizes generally range from 1/4 inch to 4 inches, with dimensions following standard pipe thread specifications for ease of connection.
Offering superior resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, this coupling is used for pipe connections. Sizes typically range from 1/4 inch to 2 inches. It features internal threads that match standard pipe sizes.
With excellent corrosion resistance, the socket weld cross allows for the connection of four pipes at a single junction. Common sizes range from 1/2 inch to 2 inches, with dimensions based on standard pipe specifications.
Stainless steel 310H forged fittings are commonly used in industries that work in extreme temperatures and corrosive environments. Typical applications include furnace equipment, heat exchangers, boiler systems, reformer units, and flue gas handling. These fittings are perfect for connecting piping systems in high-temperature service where mechanical integrity and corrosion resistance are critical. Their durability, heat resistance, and solid mechanical properties make them a reliable choice for long-term, high-performance use.
