Nakamura Stainless, located in Pulau Ujong, Singapore, manufactures and supplies high-performance stainless steel products, including stainless steel 330 fasteners. These fasteners are known for their exceptional resistance to high temperatures and oxidation. They are designed for extreme conditions and offer excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and carburizing environments. Nakamura Stainless maintains precision manufacturing and strict quality control, providing fasteners that meet the requirements of industries such as heat treatment, metallurgy, petrochemical processing, and furnace construction, where thermal stability is essential.
Stainless steel 330 fasteners contain about 35-37% nickel and 17-20% chromium, along with additions of silicon and iron. This high-nickel, high-chromium alloy provides excellent resistance to oxidation, thermal fatigue, and carburization at temperatures up to 1150°C. The fasteners remain strong, with a tensile strength of around 550-750 megapascals, and maintain their structural integrity under severe thermal stress. The alloy’s composition also offers good resistance to scaling and keeps corrosion resistance in both reducing and oxidizing environments, making it suitable for high-temperature industrial applications.

We are committed to customer satisfaction with our products. To achieve this we conduct thorough testing on our SS 330 Fasteners to guarantee both safety and purity. We also test hardness, PMI, mechanical properties as well as flare and micro/ macro examination. All these checks are made so that there may not be a problem with the product we have produced. Our products go for a third-party check on quality in accordance with both national and international standards before it hits the markets. Only then do we introduce Stainless Steel 330 Fasteners into the market after their release.
Stainless steel 330 fasteners are used in situations that involve extreme heat and corrosive atmospheres. Common applications include securing parts in industrial furnaces, heat exchangers, kilns, muffles, and other high-temperature processing equipment. These fasteners are particularly important in the petrochemical, power generation, and metallurgy industries, where materials face frequent thermal cycling and prolonged exposure to harsh environments. Their excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization helps ensure long-lasting performance, lower maintenance needs, and reliable mechanical connections in extreme service conditions.
