Nakamura Stainless is a well-respected manufacturer and supplier based in Pulau Ujong, Singapore, known for delivering top-notch stainless steel products designed for demanding industries. One of their standout offerings is the Stainless Steel 904L Coils, which are highly prized for their exceptional corrosion resistance, durability, and impressive mechanical strength. These coils are engineered to endure harsh environments, ensuring reliable performance in chemical, marine, and industrial settings. With meticulous engineering and a commitment to international standards, Nakamura Stainless guarantees that its Stainless Steel 904L Coils provide unparalleled quality, making them the go-to choice for industries that need long-lasting, high-performance materials.
The Stainless Steel 904L Coils are crafted from a low-carbon, high-alloy austenitic stainless steel that includes nickel (23–28%), chromium (19–23%), molybdenum (4–5%), and copper (1–2%). This carefully balanced composition gives them outstanding resistance to reducing acids, chloride-induced corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. With a tensile strength of about 490 MPa, yield strength of 220 MPa, and an elongation of 35%, these coils maintain their toughness even at low temperatures. Their non-magnetic structure and excellent weldability make them even more suitable for critical and corrosive environments.
