Nakamura Stainless is a trusted Pulau Ujong, Singapore-based manufacturer and supplier of high-quality stainless steel products. The company focuses on stainless steel 420 nuts, providing long-lasting and corrosion-resistant products for diverse industrial uses. Precision, performance, and satisfaction are the priorities of Nakamura Stainless, with a strong reputation established in domestic and international markets. Their 420 stainless steel nuts are produced to exacting standards for enduring performance in harsh environments in construction, manufacturing, and engineering industries.
420 stainless steel nuts consist mainly of martensitic stainless steel with high carbon content and approximately 12 to 14 percent chromium, along with small percentages of manganese, silicon, and sulfur. This particular composition offers very good hardness, fair corrosion resistance, and good machinability. These nuts have tensile strength between 700 and 850 megapascals and can be hardened using heat treatment. Upon hardening, they reach up to 50 HRC Rockwell hardness and find use in applications requiring strength, wear resistance, and endurance under stress.
