Stainless Steel Perforated is mainly made up of iron, chromium (10–20%), and nickel (8–12%), along with trace amounts of molybdenum, manganese, and carbon. This unique blend gives it remarkable corrosion resistance and strength. The chromium creates a protective layer that prevents rust, while nickel boosts toughness and ductility. Depending on the specific grade, it boasts tensile strength between 500 MPa and 800 MPa, with yield strength ranging from 200 MPa to 600 MPa. Its high resistance to oxidation, chemicals, and extreme temperatures makes it ideal for challenging environments without sacrificing structural integrity or surface finish.
