Nakamura Stainless, a well-respected manufacturer and supplier located in Pulau Ujong, Singapore, has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality stainless steel products that meet international industrial standards. Among their standout offerings, **Stainless Steel 420 Sheets and Plates** are particularly valued for their impressive hardness, wear resistance, and durability. These sheets and plates are designed to excel in challenging industrial settings, providing long-lasting performance and exceptional mechanical strength. With a strong focus on quality, precision, and timely delivery, Nakamura Stainless caters to various industries, including tooling, petrochemical, construction, and automotive, offering dependable stainless steel solutions.
**Stainless Steel 420 Sheets and Plates** are made from martensitic stainless steel, containing 12–14% chromium and 0.15–0.40% carbon, along with small amounts of manganese, silicon, and nickel. This unique blend results in high hardness, strength, and moderate resistance to corrosion. After undergoing heat treatment, the alloy can achieve hardness levels between 50–56 HRC, tensile strength from 700–900 MPa, and good toughness. Its martensitic structure provides excellent wear resistance, making it perfect for cutting tools and applications that experience high stress. Additionally, the material maintains its shape under pressure, ensuring reliable performance in demanding conditions.
