Nakamura Stainless, a leading stainless steel manufacturer and supplier in Pulau Ujong, Singapore, provides AWS Class E410-16 Electrodes that offer excellent weldability and mechanical strength. These stainless steel electrodes are designed for welding 12% chromium steels, providing high hardness and wear resistance. They are recognized for their great arc stability and smooth bead formation, making them widely used in industries that require strong and corrosion-resistant joints. Nakamura Stainless follows strict international standards to deliver reliable welding solutions. Their focus on quality and precision makes E410-16 Electrodes a trusted option for demanding industrial applications in Singapore and worldwide.
AWS Class E410-16 Electrodes contain iron as the base with about 11.5-13.5% chromium. The weld deposit has high hardness due to its martensitic structure, making it suitable for wear-resistant applications. Mechanical properties include a tensile strength of approximately 620 MPa and an elongation of around 25%. They offer good resistance to mild corrosion, oxidation, and scaling at high temperatures. However, post-weld heat treatment is often suggested to improve ductility and toughness. These electrodes are designed for strong welds in conditions that require hardness and moderate corrosion resistance.
