Nakamura Stainless in Pulau Ujong, Singapore, offers high-quality AWS Class E320LR-16 Electrodes, specifically designed for welding alloys that contain high nickel and chromium. These electrodes are made for excellent resistance to severe corrosion, oxidation, and scaling at high temperatures. Thanks to their low carbon content, they lower the risk of carbide precipitation, ensuring top weld quality. Nakamura Stainless produces these electrodes under strict quality controls, resulting in stable arc performance, easy slag removal, and smooth welds. Industries in chemical, petrochemical, and high-temperature environments count on Nakamura Stainless for consistent, dependable welding products for tough applications.
AWS Class E320LR-16 Electrodes contain 18-20% chromium, 32-36% nickel, 2-3% molybdenum, and minor amounts of niobium and manganese, with iron as a balance. The “LR” grade indicates low residual elements, reducing the chance of hot cracking. They provide a tensile strength of around 550 MPa and elongation of 30-35%, along with excellent toughness even at high temperatures. The weld deposits resist severe chemical attack, including both oxidizing and reducing environments. Their combination of corrosion resistance, flexibility, and strength makes them ideal for making equipment exposed to extreme conditions.
